About the AssignmentAccepts, sorts and packs Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) waste at the Central, Satellite and temporary collection events. Bulks Paint, repackages HHW material and waste from satellite facilities. Assists in the unloading of HHW and VSQ waste from participant vehicles. Prepares products for and manages the Material Reuse Store. Provides other duties as required. Works outside in the elements.All new employees must adhere to the provisions of the County Fire and Special Districts Dress Code, which prohibits all visible tattoos. Applicant must successfully pass a background check prior to appointment.
