Job#: 3026400 Job Description: PEGA Developer/PEGA Analyst Location: Merrifield, VA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract to hire Duration: 6 months with possible extension/conversion to full time Top Skills: * PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) * Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant or Pega Certified Data Scientist certification. * SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and M365 Copilot. Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Campaign Orchestration Analyst with experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to support a high-impact Member Communication Orchestration & Analytics team. In this role, you will translate personalized behavioral insights into omnichannel inbound and outbound experiences. This is a delivery-focused role for an individual who enjoys turning requirements into activation-ready logic, improving personalization strategies, and driving measurable member engagement. Key Responsibilities * Build and launch insights in Pega CDH. * Define and validate targeting logic for marketing campaigns. * Collaborate with agile teams to deliver personalized experiences. * Troubleshoot decisioning issues and continuously optimize performance post-launch. * Translate marketing and personalization requirements into targeting and eligibility specifications. * Partner with Data Science for predictors, segmentation, or model-driven targeting. Required Qualifications * Hands-on experience designing, configuring, or supporting Pega CDH decisioning, including strategies, engagement/contact policies, and treatments. * Ability to translate marketing/personalization requirements into targeting and eligibility specifications. * Analytical skills with SQL proficiency to validate outcomes and explain results. * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/SAFe), including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and coordinating QA. * Communication skills to align business and technical partners. * Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant or Pega Certified Data Scientist certification. * Familiarity with omnichannel personalization patterns across inbound and outbound orchestration. * Experience partnering with Data Science for predictors, segmentation, or model-driven targeting. * Comfort with tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and M365 Copilot. Preferred Qualifications * Exposure to digital banking or financial services personalization is a plus. Compensation & Benefits The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $65.00 per hour.
