Electrical & Hardware Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical/Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and integrate hardware and software systems for industrial instrumentation and control applications. This role works with engineers to build test equipment, verify system performance, and support field deployment.Core responsibilities: Design and develop new electrical and electronic equipment and test systemsIntegrate data acquisition hardware with software systemsPerform hardware verification, validation, and testing in lab and field environmentsConduct research and development to produce innovative test equipment and technologyAnalyze collected data and prepare technical reportsTravel periodically for field testing at domestic and international client sites (approx. 6-10 trips/year)Collaborate with software engineers and other technical teams to ensure system reliability and qualityCompensation: $70,000 - $120,000 depending on experience RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical/electronics engineering, hardware design, or instrumentation systemsHands-on experience with hardware/software integration and testingProficiency with signal conditioning, system verification, and QA complianceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with industrial instrumentation or control systemsFamiliarity with LabVIEW, NI hardware, or other data acquisition toolsExperience in hardware R&D and field deploymentKnowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirementsBenefits4 weeks paid time off401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, life, vision, and disability insurancePaid holidaysFlexible hours
