Known for its precision-driven, fabrication-first approach, Fablogix delivers complex modular systems with efficiency, quality, and safety at the forefront.Recruiting efforts for this role are proudly supported by Rivet.Mechanical Designer - Pipe Fabrication & Modular SystemsWhat You NeedRequired 3+ years of experience as a mechanical designer or detailer in industrial piping or structural fabrication Proficiency in Navisworks for model navigation, extraction, and coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting Solid understanding of pipe spool fabrication practices including welding, fit-up, and fabrication workflows Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, and project documents Working knowledge of piping materials, fittings, valves, and supports Strong attention to detail and focus on constructability Effective communication skills in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentPreferred Experience using Spoolfab for spool management and fabrication workflows Experience with Tekla Structures for structural steel or modular coordination Familiarity with ASME piping codes (e.g., B31.1, B31.3) Exposure to modular or prefabricated piping assemblies Experience with ERP or digital production tracking systemsWhat You Will Do Produce fabrication-ready spool drawings from models and contract documents Generate 2D fabrication packages with weld symbols, dimensions, and material specs Coordinate with project teams to align drawings with fabrication sequencing and priorities Incorporate field redlines and updates, ensuring code compliance and quality standards Support prefabrication planning, material tracking, and model-based takeoffs Maintain drawing control and participate in quality and constructability reviewsWhat We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and company holidays Long-term growth opportunities in a fabrication-focused environment Direct impact on project efficiency, quality, and schedule outcomes#INDPRO
