Accounts Receivable Manager

Title: Accounts Receivable Manager  Location: Concord,NC Position Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range:$80,000 -$90,000 Per Year Job Description: The position is based in Concord, NC, and is full-time.  The role involves managing accounts receivable functions, leading a team, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections.  Candidates should have experience with enterprise resource planning systems and strong proficiency in spreadsheet software. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily tasks of the accounts receivable team. Ensure timely invoicing and oversee collections processes. Resolve cash application issues and customer inquiries promptly. Conduct customer account reconciliations and manage credit applications. Support month-end closing activities and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. Experience with enterprise resource planning systems required. Proficiency in spreadsheet software and office applications. Strong skills in account reconciliations and issue resolution.
