Position Responsibilities * Collaborate with senior management to ensure smooth workflow, scheduling and proofing for all print projects. * Support and monitor projects, ensuring tasks are complete and deadlines are met. * Identify process and workflow improvements to uphold Uline's brand and style guidelines. * Help onboard new team members, foster a positive company culture and deliver exceptional customer service. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree. * 7+ years of experience in print production and project management. * Proofreading and editing experience a plus. * Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills. * Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
