If you think this is the ideal career for you, we welcome you to apply and we'll contact you if you seem like a great fit for our team.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehiclePrepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelinesMaintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairsCommunicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as writtenEnsure customers' cars are kept clean and tidy to improve customer happinessConsult with management regarding new procedures and equipment in the industryQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer proficiencyPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeammate with collaborative mindsetMath, reading, and software skillsAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordBenefit Package:Paid Time Off: 40 hours front-loaded Paid Time Off (after 90 days employment).
