Job Description:OverviewWe are looking for a Lead UX Designer to support the UX team through designing and improving user experiences across Rogue's ecommerce website, Rogue App, and other digital products. The Lead UX Designer translates customer insights and business goals into effective design solutions, and serves as a bridge between the UX team, the Creative Director, and business leadership, ensuring usability, consistency, and brand alignment across Rogue's digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead UX design initiatives across Rogue's ecommerce website, Rogue App, and other digital productsCollaborate with the Creative Director and other business leaders to create experiences that improve the user's experience and achieve business goalsCoordinate with design, development, and other teams to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for functional improvementsGuide the UX direction across multiple projects while supporting and mentoring members of the UX teamUse user-insights, analytics, best practices, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experienceTranslate research, business requirements, and customer needs into UX deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting documentationTrack team goals and project integration points while articulating UX problems, opportunities, and recommended solutionsPresent UX concepts and recommendations to internal teams and leadershipLead the creation of interactive prototypes and design solutions for internal reviewEnsure consistency of UX patterns, design systems, and brand standards across web and mobile platformsMaintain clear and organized UX documentationApproach each project with a focus on the full user journey, considering both the broader system and the smallest details from the user's perspectiveQualifications6+ years of UI/UX design experience working on web, mobile, or software applicationsDemonstrated experience leading UX projects and guiding design direction across teamsStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and high-quality visual and interaction designExperience translating customer insights, analytics, and business goals into effective UX solutionsProficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platformsExperience designing responsive web experiences and mobile applications (iOS and Android)Strong understanding of UX methodologies, including user flows, information architecture, and prototypingAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and design solutions to cross-functional teams and leadershipPassion for solving complex design problems and continuously improving digital user experiencesPersonal background or strong interest in strength training is required, such as functional fitness, powerlifting, strongman, or related disciplinesBy applying to Rogue, regardless of the platform you choose to use, you are agreeing to Rogue's preferred methods of communication (i.e. text message).
