Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Assist Head Cooks and culinary leadership with food production and service as needed. Support other kitchen areas, including pantry, prep, and banquet production, as business needs require. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift. Complete daily opening and closing checklists accurately and consistently. Follow proper food storage procedures and adhere to all food safety and health department regulations. ork collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service and a positive team environment. 2 Years of previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, cold, and kitchen equipment.
