We invite you to join team TravisMathew.The Coordinator, Human Resources is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives including but not limited to, new hire onboarding, personnel changes and terminations, benefit administration, HRIS and personnel file / database maintenance, contracts support, and Talent Acquisition support.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport with new hire onboarding activitiesSupport associate terminations and applicable offboarding activitiesSupport with systematic new hire processing and personnel changesAddress and / or route associate inquiries and concernsIdentify and resolve associate timekeeping issuesSupport with HRIS system training for associates and managersMaintain HR related files, processes and databasesFacilitate the review and maintenance of company agreements / contractsPerform SharePoint maintenance and updatesSupport the execution of company eventsSupport the HR Team and Managers with a wide array of projects and tasksTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Knowledge of human resources processes and best practicesKnowledge of HRIS applications, preferredAbility to manage multiple projects clear time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to handle data with confidentialityStrong written and verbal communication skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree or other college-level educationMinimum 2 years' experience in an entry-level HR position PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software.DISCLAIMERThis job description indicates in general terms, the type and level of work performed as well as the typical responsibilities of employees in this classification and it may be changed by management at any time.
