Position Type: OPERATIONS - Custodial/Summer Cleaning Crew (TEMPORARY Positions)Date Posted: 3/17/2026Location: OperationsDate Available: 06/15/2026Closing Date: 04/30/2026POSITION: Summer Cleaning Crew - TEMPORARY Full and Part-time/No Benefits(Multiple Openings Available)LOCATION: District WideAVAILABLE: June 15, 2026 - August 2026 (exact dates are TBD)COMPENSATION: $19.95 p/hour HOURS:Monday-Thursday6:30 am - 5:00 pm or 6:30 am to 3:00 pmDESCRIPTION: Assist the custodial staff in deep cleaning of our buildings for next school year. Must be able to perform general cleaning tasks required for the upkeep of our buildings. Must be able to work with and properly dilute chemicals. Must be able to use all types of commercial vacuum cleaners and other special tools or equipment assigned to perform duties. Must be able to follow written and verbal directions. Must work as a team member and be able to lift 50 lbs. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age for Summer Cleaning Crew is 16. Working papers are required if under 18 years old. 16-17-Year-Olds Work Restrictions-When school is not in session, 16 and 17-year-olds may only work between 6 a.m. and 1 a.m. and no more than 10 hours a day, or 48 hours a week. Employers may not compel minors in this age group to work beyond 45 hours a week.PROCEDURE:Apply through the CBSD Employment Portal on or before April 30, 2026*.
