Do you want to make a real difference while working with a positive, supportive, and fun team? As a School-Age Van Driver at the Transformational Education Adventure (T.E.A.) Center, you'll help children start and end their days with a smile-making a meaningful impact while enjoying your work.Key Responsibilities:Safely pick up and drop off children (within 3 miles) using a 15-passenger van.Supervise and engage with children in the program.Monitor children to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.Manage a small group of 10-15 children at a time.Maintain a clean driving record and pass all background checks.Be reliable, punctual, and dependable.Participate in staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PMQualifications:Love working with children and making a positive impact.Strong communication and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills.Mandatory availability for scheduled hours (2:30-6:30 PM).Benefits of Joining the T.E.A.
