Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJob Location:4835 Immokalee Rd, Naples, FL 34110Description The Receiving Associate plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and organized handling of high-volume deliveries within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory accuracy across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently while ensuring product quality, proper storage, and seamless distribution of goods throughout the operation. "There are no strangers here, only friends we have yet to meet."- Frank Oakes -RequirementsEssential Job Functions: • Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments • Track inventory and match deliveries to purchase orders • Inspect for damages and resolve discrepancies • Maintain organized storage and clean receiving areas • Support operations, vendor communication, and supply management • Complete receiving logs and assist with basic admin tasks Minimum Qualifications: • Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations • Strong attention to detail, math, and organizational skills • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) • Self-motivated with strong time management • 18+ with reliable transportation • English proficiency required Physical Demands: • Stand/walk for long periods in an active work environment • Lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently • Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, kneeling, and twisting • Work in variable temperatures and environments • Use ladders and step-stools as needed • Maintain coordination, balance, and manual dexterity • Communicate clearly in a fast-paced setting • Tolerate exposure to dust, cleaning agents, smoke, and steam
