The Marketing Associate assists the Director of Regional Marketing in the tactical implementation of advertising, digital, and public relations campaigns for all of our engagements in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecutes advertising plans with direction from the Director of Regional Marketing; maintains communication with media reps, vendors, press agents, and venue partnersOrder and traffic all electronic, print, outdoor, television, and radio ads for all engagements and season subscription campaignsCollaborate with BAA national digital team in the planning, booking, execution, and reporting of digital ad campaignsFacilitates approval process with shows and our New York City headquarters to ensure all collateral is accurate and effectiveMaintains and/or coordinates all social media campaigns for the Broadway Series including consistent presence over all social media platforms and cross promotions; incorporates national Broadway and show updates to local Facebook, Twitter/X and Instagram accounts as neededInteracts with Ticketing staff on promotional and trade ticket requirements as neededCreates and maintains email blast schedules with venue partners and facilitates any outside email blast requests from local arts groupsCoordinates the creation, content and targeting on email, SMS and app communications; verifies and schedules all communicationsMaintains brand consistency across all marketing collateralAssists Group Sales and Sponsorship teams in creation and execution of collateral and promotional needsAssists with proofing and approving all show programs as neededAttends partner marketing meetings/special committees to represent marketing teamAssists with securing and execution of special events, such as cast parties, promotional events and subscriber promotions as neededSupports Director with marketing budgets and settlement delivery for every show and throughout the season subscription campaign as neededWorks with marketing staff in NYC and shows to develop new partnerships and third-party promotionsLiaises with current grassroots promotional contacts and develops new partnerships for non-media promotional ideasSupports local publicists with occasional press interviews or events, including escorting talent and overseeing interviews as neededCollects and submits advertising invoices to Accounts Payable in New York. Works with internal and venue partner accounting teams to manage client billing.
