HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in El Dorado Springs, MO!Pay: $55,000-$65,000/year + overtime eligible (salary non-exempt) + bonus potentialShift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 5-15 hours of overtime per weekLocation: El Dorado Springs, MO 64744Benefits: Full benefits packageJob Summary:We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensure reliable plant and facility operations, and drive equipment uptime and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings both industrial and building maintenance experience with strong electrical and boiler skills.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of 2 maintenance techniciansPlan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot and repair electrical (single/3-phase, 110v-480v), mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsEnsure proper maintenance of boilers, HVAC, and facility systemsCollaborate with the Plant Manager and operations team on projects and equipment improvementsMaintain CMMS records, parts inventory, and vendor coordinationEnforce safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory complianceRequirements:3+ years of maintenance experience, with supervisory or lead experience requiredStrong electrical skills, including wiring and electrical testing (single & 3-phase, 110v-480v)Boiler experience strongly preferredIndustrial and building maintenance experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferredAbility to work Monday-Friday with on-call availability for maintenance needsIf you're interested?
