KEYSYS Role: Director of Business Development Reports to: CEOWorks With: Clients | Project Teams | Marketing | Leadership The Opportunity The KEYSYS Director of Business Development drives company growth through a balance of hands-on selling and people leadership. This role focuses on building trusted client relationships, closing meaningful work, and leading Business Development Partners in a way that reflects KEYSYS's values, integrity, and long-term vision.You will own your own clients, pipeline, and revenue goals while also shaping how sales happens across the company. This role requires strong character, curiosity, and a genuine motivation to build something meaningful and lasting.
