Headquartered in Boston with operations in Monterrey, Barcelona, and Atlanta, we're scaling rapidly and building a team passionate about redefining how people play, socialize and connect with each other.The will our first external Human Resources hire and will have the opportunity to shape how HR works at Trivelta. We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Head of Human Resources to lead all people-related functions across our parent company and four rapidly scaling entities. This leader will build and manage a unified HR infrastructure while also tailoring policies, compliance practices, and talent operations to the unique needs of each business unit and jurisdiction. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys building systems from scratch, and can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels.Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute the multi-entity HR strategy aligned with companywide goals.Build scalable People Ops systems that function across U.S. and international subsidiaries.Advise executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and change management.Serve as a trusted partner in supporting culture, employee engagement, and cross-entity alignment.People Operations & ComplianceCreate, maintain, and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs for each entity.Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., MX, EU, etc.).Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, time-off policies, and local compliance requirements for each country/entity.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and HRIS upkeep (Gusto, Deel, etc.).Own immigration, contractor classification, and cross-border employment requirements.Develop performance management cycles (90-day, 6-month, annual reviews).Implement professional development programs, L&D initiatives, and internal mobility pathways.Employee Relations & CulturePromote a positive, inclusive culture across all subsidiaries and remote teams.Lead conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee matters.Build engagement programs, company-wide communication frameworks, and all-hands processes.HR Infrastructure & SystemsImplement and manage HRIS, payroll, MDM, and performance tools across entities.Own data integrity, reporting dashboards, and headcount analytics.Create unified documentation (Confluence Employee Hub, onboarding flows, policy libraries).Cross-Entity LeadershipServe as the centralized HR lead for the parent company while supporting entity-specific needsAdapt HR processes to each entity's regulatory, payroll, and staffing requirements.Build and manage localized HR leads or external HR partners as needed.This position is onsite at our Boston HQ located next to South Station.
