ServiceNow Business Analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1. 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with 3+ years focused on ServiceNow IRM implementation. 2. Strong knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/ Governance Risk and Control (GRC). 3. Strong knowledge of implementing IRM using ServiceNow. 4. Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. 5. Understand end to end business processes and map them to ServiceNow IRM capabilities and configurations. 6. Act as the primary liaison between business users, architects, developers, and platform teams. 7. Convert business requirements into functional specifications and technical user stories for ServiceNow development team. 8. Analyze, design, and support implementations across ServiceNow IRM modules, including: a. Policy and Compliance Management b. Risk Management c. Audit Management d. Third Party Risk Management 9. Define requirements for: a. Risk statements, risk scoring, and assessment methodologies b. Controls, control testing, and issue management c. Policy lifecycle management and attestations d. Regulatory mapping and evidence collection 10. Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to ensure solutions follow platform best practices and design standards 11. Review configuration and development delivered by the team to ensure alignment with requirements 12. Facilitate developing the IRM reports and dashboards needed. 13. Experience working in Agile methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. 2. Understand end to end business processes and map them to ServiceNow IRM capabilities and configurations. 3. Act as the primary liaison between business users, architects, developers, and platform teams. 4. Convert business requirements into functional specifications and technical user stories for ServiceNow development team. 5. Validate the IRM implementation made in ServiceNow and provide demo to business stakeholders. 6. Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to ensure solutions follow platform best practices and design standards 7. Review configuration and development delivered by the team to ensure alignment with requirements Salary Range: $110,000 to $125,000 per year
