Marketing Coordinator | Title & Escrow Services Location: San Diego, CA The Role We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our San Diego team. In the fast-paced world of real estate title and escrow, staying ahead of the curve is everything. You won't just be managing spreadsheets; you'll be the bridge between traditional client relations and modern digital strategy. The ideal candidate is a proactive "power user " of modern tools someone who is as comfortable designing a flyer in Adobe as they are prompts for an AI assistant or analyzing traffic in Google Analytics. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy: Manage and optimize our online presence using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Semrush to drive visibility. AI Implementation: Actively integrate AI applications (ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini) into marketing workflows to increase efficiency and content quality. Content & Design: Update and maintain our WordPress site; use Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality visual assets for corporate branding. Project Management: Keep campaigns on track and transparent using systems like or Asana. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate leadership and local branch managers, ensuring all marketing efforts align with company goals. Client Focus: Produce clear, professional written materials and presentations in English that simplify complex title services for our clients. Qualifications & Skills Technical Expertise The Basics: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email/internet applications. Marketing Stack: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Semrush . Creative & Web: Experience with WordPress is required; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a significant plus (a ++). CRM & Systems: Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools like or Asana . AI Literacy: A demonstrated interest and experience in leveraging AI (ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini) to enhance productivity. Communication & Soft Skills Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to present to and influence corporate leadership. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities; you don't just find bugs, you find solutions. Interpersonal Savvy: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a corporate environment.
