Our marketing team works closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to bring our product, expertise, and customer stories to life.We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist who enjoys producing engaging short-form video, visual content, and B2B social media marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll create high-volume visual content, manage social channels, support events, and help turn our product and thought leadership into compelling, shareable marketing moments.ResponsibilitiesContent creation (core of the role)Produce short-form video content for social media (product moments, expert clips, POV/pain-point content, event highlights, customer-style narratives)Create visual marketing assets including graphics, carousels, GIFs, and simple motion contentRepurpose long-form marketing content into short-form social media content (webinars → clips, blogs → carousels, announcements → reels)Maintain and evolve DIGIDECK's visual brand style while keeping content modern and engagingSocial media managementOwn the weekly and monthly social media content calendar including topics, production, approvals, and schedulingWrite platform-specific captions and creative hooks optimized for engagementEngage with the community through comments, messages, and social listeningCollaborate with internal subject-matter experts to capture interviews, insights, and POV contentEvent marketing supportPromote webinars, conferences, and brand events through coordinated social campaignsCapture content at events when applicable (clips, photos, highlights)Create post-event recap and highlight content that extends the value of eventsPerformance tracking & optimizationMonitor social media engagement and content performanceIdentify which content formats and topics are performing bestShare insights and help improve the marketing team's content strategy and social media growth.Qualifications2-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or video-first digital marketing (B2B experience preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video production and visual storytellingComfortable filming and editing content quickly using phone-based production and basic lighting/audio setupsStrong visual instincts for composition, typography, pacing, and brand consistencyExperience managing a social media content calendar and collaborating with cross-functional teamsOrganized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesData-informed mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust creative strategyExperience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing tools, social scheduling platforms, analytics tools, and project management tools like .
