Agency Marketing CoordinatorThis position requires 3 days per week in our Las Vegas office. Please only apply if you live in, or are actively planning to relocate to, Las Vegas, NV.Textbroker is a digital marketing agency looking for a Agency Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution and client communication for a portfolio of marketing accounts. This is not a sales role - you won't be closing deals or doing cold outreach. Growth is part of this role, but it comes from delivering results and building trust, not from hitting a sales quota.If you're someone who's organized, enjoys building relationships, and gets satisfaction from seeing a project through from kickoff to delivery, this role was built for you.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients across services like SEO content, Reddit brand marketing, and digital campaignsRun monthly check-in calls to review budgets, KPIs, and results, and translate those into clear next stepsCoordinate internally to make sure deadlines are met and deliverables match what was promisedKeep clean records of decisions, action items, and approvals so nothing falls through the cracksAs your clients see results, recognize when additional services could extend that success - and surface those conversations as part of serving them wellMonitor campaign performance and share data-driven insights with clients and your internal teamDe-escalate issues when they arise by focusing on solutions, not just apologiesStay current on AI and content marketing trends so you can speak credibly with clients about what's changing in the spaceWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in an account management, client services, or customer-facing coordination roleComfort working across multiple clients or projects simultaneously without sacrificing qualityStrong written and verbal communication skills; you'll be writing client-facing summaries and running calls independentlyFamiliarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, content strategy, social platforms) Experience with Reddit marketing or SEO work is a significant advantageProficiency with MS Office and Google WorkspaceHigh school diploma required; college education preferredWho We AreTextbroker International has been in the content industry for over 20 years, serving more than 80,000 customers worldwide.
