You'll ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain strong communication with staff and clients, conduct inspections, and confirm that all facilities are secure at the end of each shift. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances supervision, planning, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all company procedures and policies are followedTrain, cross-train, and retrain employees as neededSupervise team leaders, cleaners, and floor techniciansPlan weekly agendas for special projects and focus areasConduct routine inspections and follow up on findingsAddress customer requests and concerns promptly and professionallyManage staffing levels within budgeted hoursWork alongside team members when needed to support operationsCommunicate staffing changes and needs to HRReport operational matters to the Director of OperationsEnsure all facilities are properly secured after each shiftLead performance reviews and provide constructive feedbackIdeal Candidate BackgroundExperience in hotel management, property management, janitorial or custodial services, or restaurant management is highly valued.
