Parts may be our business - but grease, fuel, exhaust, power, and speed are what we live for.Job Summary:Receive expense invoices via US Mail, email and fax.Stamp and Code expense invoices, distribute to appropriate parties within departments for approval.Key expense invoicesProcess customer refund checksMail distribution for companyProcess daily incoming mail by sorting and distributing to appropriate mail slots in mail roomPrepare outgoing mail daily by adding appropriate postage using a postage meter machine and delivering to dock door for pick up.File all packing slips received from the Distribution Center.Back up Accounts Payable Clerks and Matching Clerks as neededBack up Accounts Payable supervisor by helping with Edit Verifications as needed.Back up Accounts Payable Supervisor, contingencies.Back up Accounts Payable Supervisor, credit card statementsInteract with other AP associates dailyInteract with other JEGS associates at all levels and answer questions and provide information as needed.You have:Experience in Accounting and/or Finance.3-5 years of progressive accounting or accounts payable experience. Retail Accounting industry experience is strongly preferred. Use of ERP type software a plus. Working knowledge of Word and Excel required.
