Job DescriptionRole: Staff Accountant Hours: Full TimePay: $50 - $60KLocation: Chandler, 85226What You'll Do Prepare, review, and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations Support month?end and year?end close, audits, and financial reporting Analyze expenses, make GL adjustments, and resolve discrepancies Help maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance Partner cross?functionally to ensure accurate financial data Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencyWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting 0-3 years of accounting experience (public accounting exposure preferred) Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) Solid understanding of GAAP Detail?oriented, analytical, and well?organized Self?directed, proactive team player with a desire to learn Salesforce experience is a plus#LI-LG2
