JOB DESCRIPTION: Summer Camp InternTo assist the management team with implementing Girls Inc. programming, provide appropriate supervision of participants, and complete documentation as needed.Program: Summer Camps: May 26-July 24, 2026Location: 1179 Dellwood Ave, 38127, 1568 Robin Hood Lane, 38111ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Focus on girls on their terms-advocacyThoughtful qualitative and quantitative inquiry to be better- data outcomes and shared accountabilityOwnership and proactive action for overall agency success- initiativeFind the light in the workPositive attitudeImplements programming in accordance with the agency's philosophy, mission, vision, policies, and procedures.Informs supervisor of problems, concerns, and needs via written and oral communication. Research age-related development information to stay informed about the needs of the participants.Upholds and enforces center guidelines and regulations.Compile, organize, and visually analyze class records.Ensures the cleanliness of sites dailySupports the check-in and check-out process of participantsSupports the food and snack distributionCreates and maintains a safe and nurturing environment for childrenSupport Program Facilitators: STEM Activities, SPORT activities and games, FIELD TRIPS (outdoor and nature activities), and ADVOCACY initiatives.
