  Fabrication Machine Operator / Fabricator Tolleson, AZ $20.00/hour Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Fabricator / Machine Operator to support a fast-paced steel fabrication shop. This role focuses on preparing materials prior to the welding process by cutting, bending, and forming metal using various fabrication equipment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with shop experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to read measurements and follow instructions. Key Responsibilities Operate fabrication equipment including press brake, shear, band saw, cold saw, punch press, and drill press Cut, form, punch, and bend materials based on shop drawings Read and follow job travelers and basic blueprints Inspect products to ensure quality and specifications are met Label products and ensure accuracy with job orders Maintain clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform basic data entry or production paperwork as needed Report quality or equipment issues to supervisor Requirements 1+ year of fabrication or machine shop experience Experience with hand tools and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Basic computer skills preferred Forklift experience is a plus Work Environment Steel fabrication shop environment Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and airborne particles Overtime may be required based on production needs What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail and safety awareness Team player with good communication Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
