In this role, you will act as the responsible project manager on assigned engineering, certification, and modification programs and projects for PC-12 and PC-24 platforms throughout the full program or project life cycle. Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesPrepares, executes, and maintains project management plans, schedules, and resource planningWorks closely with Sales and Program Management teams on overall portfolio alignmentDefines and maintains priorities and deliverables in coordination with modification center prioritiesLiaises with customers, other departments, outside vendors, and airworthiness authoritiesMonitors the status of work in progress, materials, and services and communicates to the appropriate departmentsCoordinates and chairs internal and external project review meetingsAssumes responsibility for project risk management and evaluation of mitigation strategiesCoordinates certification projects with FAA, FAA Delegates, and other Civil Aviation Authorities for country specific requirementsOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesSupports the engineering department in change management and process related tasksPerforms any other general engineering duties as assignedRequirementsSkills/QualificationsBS degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and 2-4 years of related experience in aircraft modification or completions programsProven versatility combining engineering and project management expertise in relevant fieldExperience with complex aircraft modification and certification projects(Pilatus PC-12/PC-24 or similar aircraft and/or Honeywell APEX/EPIC familiarity strongly desired)PMI PMP certified or willing / able to achieve certification is strongly preferredStrong familiarity and demonstrated experience with 14 CFR Part 23 compliance requirements(TCCA CAR523 and EASA CS 23 experience beneficial)Proven experience in working with the FAA and other CAAs is highly desirableStrong proficiency in MS Office Professional software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)Excellent report writing, presentation skills, and multitasking abilityAbility to travel both domestically and internationallyMust qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.62What We Offer11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annuallyMonthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6%Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in fullTuition assistance available annually after the first yearThe salary range for this position is $90,000 - 126,000 per year depending on experience.
