Job Description Commercial Lines Senior Account ExecutiveJob SummarySeeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding the portfolio of commercial lines and private equity accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) account management and/or private equity, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service, drive growth, and provide innovative solutions.Compensation PackageBase Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (hard cap)Performance-Based Bonus: Up to $25,000Total Compensation Potential: Up to $175,000 annuallyBenefits:Comprehensive health and dental insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield (single employee-friendly, with contributions for dependents; $10,000 reimbursement if not used).Fully remote work within the Northeast region, with travel to Boston HQ once per month and as needed.ResponsibilitiesManage and service a portfolio of commercial lines and private equity accounts, including accounts in contracting, manufacturing, staffing, industrial, and other industries.Oversee and grow a book of business, including 5 existing commercial lines accounts and 3 incoming accounts, with account revenues ranging from $800,000 to $1 million.Conduct account analysis, risk management assessments, cross-selling, cost control, and ensure broker accountability.Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive and other team members to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.Prepare and present case studies and business plans during client and internal meetings.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, adapting communication styles to suit both blue-collar and private equity clients.Quote new and renewal business as required.Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum of 7+ years of experience in P&C account management and/or private equity.Active P&C license required for candidates with a P&C background. No licensing required for candidates with a private equity-only background.Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts independently, with a forward-thinking and proactive approach.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients, including blue-collar industries and polished private equity firms.Experience working with publicly traded companies is a significant advantage.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.Willingness to travel to Boston HQ once per month and as needed for client meetings.#LI-TS3
