The Lehigh Valley Phantoms, the American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL Philadelphia Flyers is located in the Lehigh Valley of Eastern PA, which is strategically located within a short drive between New York City and Philadelphia. The Phantoms & PPL Center are currently in their 12th year in the Lehigh Valley. The Phantoms are consistently one of the leaders in the American Hockey League in both Attendance and Entertainment.The Phantoms play in the state-of-the-art PPL Center, which is the catalyst to a major $1B+ City Revitalization Project in downtown Allentown. Allentown is the 3rd largest City in Pennsylvania and has recently been selected by Fortune Magazine as having one of the Up and Coming Downtowns in all of America.PPL Center is managed by OVG360 and this position is employed by OVG360, while working closely with and the Phantoms.The Manager of Premium Seating will be responsible for the successful sales and service operation of our Premium and Club seat offerings at the Lehigh Valley Phantoms and PPL Center. This will include all sales and service related duties for games, concerts, family show, and all events held at the PPL Center. This role would also have a significant impact on the overall growth and development of the Premium Seating Department.Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and holidays)Responsibilities:Must be internally drivenWork within a fast paced, active selling culture responsible to sell new businessExecute against a marketing plan/project timeline and deliver on timeManage internal and external sales processConduct outbound sales calls designed to secure new premium seating rentalsNegotiating, closing and implementing premium seating dealsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clientsDevelop project proposals, sales materials, and presentations where applicableCreate and implement grassroots marketing campaigns to maximize account awareness and exposureAssist in the retention of current premium seating clientele, including developing specific benefits for clients along with new initiatives to help retain the fanbaseDevelop sales leadsReport on sales and marketing activity as requestedAdhere to established reporting procedures for all sales activityWork with the facilities staff to communicate marketing activity, finalized sales, contract fulfillment and account servicingManage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of all premium seating rental programs and activitiesAchieve premium seating rental revenue goals and budgetsInteract in a professional manner with senior level executives and management (Team, Spectra, etc.)Create repeat client initiatives to better serve corporate clienteleTrack prospecting, sales and inventory, and manage sales reportsDevelop inventory control systems (with assistance from OVG corporate)Other duties as assignedQualifications:Preferred minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in premium seating sales and/or servicingDemonstrates or has prior premium seating experience/knowledge of local marketProven track record of generating new business and retaining clientsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in sales, public relations, business administration, hospitality management, or other related fieldComputer proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:What is your preferred salary range?Are you able to comfortably commute to this position?
