Experience a plus but we will train the right person. 40 Hour Work Week with some nights. Saturdays and/or Sundays are necessary!! Our BDC Representative is the first person our customers speak to whether it is online / Text messaging or by phone. BDC Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are sympathetic to the customer's needs.
