**Description:** You will be the Program Planner for the Integrated Program Planning team/. Our team is responsible for driving program execution through effective relationship building and analyzing complex data to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans/. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Integrated Program Planners in developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans and schedules/. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Supporting the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products - Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules /(IMS/) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules /(PSMS/) - Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions - Supporting proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters - Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle **Why Join Us** We're looking for a collaborative and analytical Program Planner to join our team/. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance/. **Basic Qualifications:** + Exposure to Network scheduling tools /(MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc/) + Proficient with Microsoft Office applications + Demonstrated critical thinking and problem/-solving abilities + Experiences with networked schedules, critical path methodology + Experiences delivering briefings to team members and project teams + Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e/.g/.
