Warehouse Specialist (Part-Time)This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through receiving, organizing, and distributing products and materials. A typical week might include the following: Loading and unloading food products, freight, and POS materialsReceiving deliveries and stocking warehouse inventoryOrganizing coolers, freezers, and warehouse storage areasAssisting with sample preparation for sales presentations and food showsLight facilities cleaning and general housekeeping (sweeping, tidying, garbage removal)Supporting sales and culinary teams with event setup and breakdownCommunicating effectively with teammates and managers to ensure smooth operations The role might be right for you if you have: Experience in a warehouse, retail, or manual labor role preferred (but not required)A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and safe driving recordAbility to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs. regularlyComfort working in refrigerated and freezer environments at timesStrong organizational and communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tasksEligibility to work in the U.S.What to expect: Schedule: Part-time, no more than 28 hours per week; flexibility may be required during food show seasonEnvironment: Standing, lifting, and moving materials in warehouse and cold storage settingsTravel: Occasional local errands or deliveries may be required How We Make Room for You Competitive hourly wage401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions (age 21+ only) Professional experience and skill-building in a growing organizationPay Range: $16-$18/hrThe Affinity Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
