Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you'll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoManage the full-cycle recruiting process for positions under the corporate recruiting responsibility area including exempt level field based positions with little to no guidance ensuring a smooth experience for the hiring team and candidatesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Partners and partner with them to gain full understanding and each position and set expectations for the recruitment processEffectively communicate to all involved parties including business leaders, hiring managers, HR Partners, agencies, and candidates including managing candidate expectations and ensure feedback is provided timelyDevelop and maintain relationships with candidates to build applicant pool and seek referrals from other candidatesProactively source candidates online when needed using partners such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and GoogleManage SuccessFactors ATS including requisitions, postings, and candidatesBegin salary negotiations and in accordance with approved salary grades, company goals, and candidates' expectations, bring candidates to offer acceptancePartner with hiring team to build job profiles and other marketing materials that support recruitment activities as neededAssist in metrics reporting to analyze various pieces of the recruitment processCollaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members on TA initiatives and bring ideas in a compelling manner that gains commitment from othersWhat You'll NeedMinimum 5 years full life-cycle recruiting in both corporate and agency environments with a minimum of 1 year of experience with an agencyExperience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment strongly preferredExperience with SuccessFactors ATS strongly preferredExperience using the Internet for research (Boolean savvy) preferredExceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) requiredStrong customer facing skills with ability to build effective relationships across the business requiredSelf-motivated with ability to prioritize, manage a large workload, and effectively manage change in a fast-paced environmentHighly proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS TeamsHighly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlinesYour EducationBachelor or Associate Degree preferredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
