Janitor Part Time - 2 Days a week - Phoenix, AZ

Position: Janitor Location: 2248 W Lower Buckeye, Phoenix, AZ 85009 Type: Part-Time, Wednesday & Friday Schedule from 5pm - 9pm About Us: At OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.), we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff, and visitors. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitors to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of this facility. Key Responsibilities:• Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.• Empty trash and recycling bins.• Sweep, mop, auto scrub, and vacuum floors.• Dust fixtures, clean glass.• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.Qualifications:• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.• Must be able to use floor machines such as, burnisher, slow speed, auto scrubber and carpet extractor. • Strong attention to detail and reliability.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.• Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX and safety protocols.• Must be 18 years or olderWhy Join Us?• Monday - Friday, part-time schedule• Earned Vacation• Employee Referral ProgramIf you're a dependable individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining clean spaces, we'd love to meet you!
