Discover more about us at . **Responsibilities:** The primary purpose of the Knowledge Management Team Lead job is to maintain Online Help (OLH) by reviewing and updating topics submitted, and to provide training to associates on their respective Line of Business (LOB) within OLH. Secondarily, the role is responsible to assist the Team Lead as required with day-to-day activities meeting the expectations of the business. + Reports to Manager within Enterprise Operations. + Works collaboratively and maintains working relationships with multiple functional areas in the Enterprise to ensure all appropriate areas are involved in the OLH process. + Review, triage, and manage an inventory of topics submitted for OLH update. + Publish weekly inventory of OLH topics received and current status in process. + Assess the OLH topic submission and document assessment outcome. + Provide consistent communication of OLH updates to Operations and other Stakeholders. + Facilitate Weekly OLH Knowledge Committee meetings and produce timely meeting documentation i.e. develop agenda, document notes from meeting, distribute outcome. + Identify related topics which should be reviewed based on business rule changes in OLH. + Facilitate periodic review of all Operations topics. + Assist the Technical Writers with drafting desk top procedures for standardization and consistency across all LOBs. + Serves as a subject matter expert in support of each LOB. + Reviews the final version of the draft desk top procedure for accuracy and usability. Provides feedback to Technical Writers and advises Manager and other stakeholders on signing off on a desk top procedure. + Provides technical and peer in-service training including side by side. + Supports Enterprise Operations Management (Director, Manager, and Supervisor) with reports, special processes and projects. + Assist in addressing audit reports and quality review feedback. + Creates and supports an environment which fosters teamwork, cooperation, respect and diversity. + Establishes and maintains positive communication and a professional demeanor with associates at all times. + Responsible for creating and writing communication materials for publishing in our knowledge based tool, OLH. + Translations of regulatory and contractual requirements into the most effective language for end users. **Education/Experience:** + Associate's Degree + Bachelor's Degree preferred + 1 to 3 years experience Research Analyst experience (If working within claims function) + 3 to 5 years experience experience in Enterprise Operations + Amerihealth Product and Claims knowledge + Organization + Coordination + Facilitation + Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills + Leadership + Strong Analytical skills. **Our Comprehensive Benefits Package** Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules, Competitive pay, Paid time off including holidays and volunteer events, Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents on Day 1, 401(k) Tuition reimbursement and more.
