Job Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist manages bill pay and settlement support processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial records. This role supports daily accounting operations, communicates with clients, and maintains organized financial data while leveraging tools like QuickBooks Online and . Bill Pay Manage full-cycle bill pay processes for clients Enter bills into and generate unpaid bills reports in QuickBooks Online Communicate with clients regarding invoices and payments Print and distribute checks and invoices, including remote check setupsSettlement Support Process Download and review statements Ensure accurate accounting of all final payments, including advanced client costs Complete all tasks necessary to close out casesGeneral Accounting Support general accounting functions and assist the Accountant Maintain accurate financial records CRM maintenance and related administrative tasksDesired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1+ year of accounts payable experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks Online and highly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Client-focused, collaborative, and process-oriented Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable learning and using administrative and financial systemsPhysical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
