Description:Overall Purpose: Provide flight/passenger services Roles & Responsibilities: The Flight Attendant reports to the Captain and is responsible for the following: 1) Flight/Passenger Services. 2) Pre-Flight duties include food-service management, ensuring flights are properly stocked with essential supplies/equipment and conducting cabin appearance and safety inspections. 3) In-Flight duties include providing outstanding and professional cabin service and conducting safety briefings. 4) Post-Flight duties include passenger deplanement and ground crew coordination. 5) Must be able to stow/remove heavy luggage and other crew and passenger equipment, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to provide unparalleled professionalism in all aspects of the job; must be able to multi-task while ensuring emphasis on details. 6) Extensive travel, including evenings, weekends and holiday hours. 7) Ability to work in confidential manner is mandatory. 8) Desire previous experience as a flight attendant or in Executive Support, Food and Hospitality Management. 9) Proficient in MS Office Suite of applications. Responsibilities and Duties: Candidates must have completed FAA approved flight attendant training in the last 12 months. Candidates will be required to operate both domestic and international flights, demonstrate a consistent high attention to detail, the ability to collaborate with peers and other Flight Department team members, have excellent communication skills, be trusted to maintain confidentiality in support of the business, and be willing to support a service and safety culture of continuous improvement. Candidates must adhere to company policies and procedures.
