POSITION: Production AssociateSHIFT: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (OT as required)PAY RATE: $20.00 - $22.00+ per hour (DOE) + Full Benefit PackageLOCATION: Minnkota Windows West Fargo, NDSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for assembling windows from start to finish.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESRead paperwork and perform work as assigned.Assemble materials to produce sub assemblies or finished product from raw materials.Attach appropriate labels to products.Track production on boards.Notify supervisor of mechanical, material or safety issues.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Check the product at the workstation to verify it is free of defects.Ensure all products meet quality specifications.Prompt and dependable attendance.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALITIESExcellent communication skills.Safety conscience.Show initiative.Knowledge of product use and operation.Ability to read shop floor documents.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions and be dependable and trustworthy.Ability to inspire oneself and others to reach a goal and/or perform to the best of their ability.Uses effective methods, resources and interpersonal skills to help build a cohesive team.Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.Ability to commit to schedule and prompt arrival for shifts.EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED required.
