most important global enterprise customers.As the dedicated Sales Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical advisor and solution architect, working side-by-side with customer stakeholders to design, influence, and scale secure identity solutions across a complex enterprise environment.This role sits at the intersection of sales, architecture, and customer success-and is physically located on-site at the strategic account holder's location-providing direct access to stakeholders and the ability to drive real-time impact.Role OverviewSafetrust is seeking a highly strategic, technically strong Sales Engineer to support a dedicated global strategic account based in Seattle.You will partner closely with the Account Executive, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive technical alignment, accelerate deployments, and identify expansion opportunities.This role requires deep technical expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, real-world solutions.What You'll DoStrategic Account Technical LeadershipServe as the primary technical advisor for a dedicated enterprise customerBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders across security, IT, facilities, and procurementEngage with executive stakeholders including CISO and IT leadershipLead discovery sessions to understand architecture, security requirements, and business goalsDesign scalable, enterprise-ready solutions aligned with Safetrust capabilitiesPre-Sales & ExpansionPartner with Account Executives to drive technical strategy and account expansionIdentify new use cases and opportunities across business units and geographiesSupport technical validation, pilots, and solution deploymentAccelerate sales cycles by removing technical barriers and aligning stakeholdersSolution Delivery & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teamsEscalate and resolve complex technical challengesEnsure successful deployment and long-term adoption of solutionsProvide feedback to Product teams based on real-world customer needsThought Leadership & Industry ExpertiseStay current on identity, access control, and cybersecurity trendsAct as a trusted advisor on best practices and emerging technologiesPosition Safetrust as a long-term strategic identity platform partnerWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical ConsultingExperience supporting large enterprise or strategic global accountsStrong knowledge of:Identity and Access Management (IAM)Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)Mobile credentialingCloud-based SaaS architecturesFamiliarity with authentication protocols and security frameworksExperience working with enterprise IT and cybersecurity teamsStrong presentation and communication skills, including executive-level engagementAbility to operate independently in a customer-facing, on-site environmentPreferred ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fieldCISSP or similar security certificationExperience in physical security or digital identity industriesFamiliarity with platforms such as HID, Lenel, Genetec, or similarExperience with mobile SDK integrationsBackground in enterprise architecture or
