Located 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, Tri-Arc proudly carries on Pittsburgh's steel city industrial history by manufacturing our products at home in the U.S. Tri-Arc is an industry leader with the widest variety and highest quality of custom fabricated climbing products, specializing in the U-Design Configurable Products, tailoring to the needs of our customers to operate safely and efficiently.Tri-Arc has immediate openings on 1st Shift(M-F 6:00AM - 2:30PM) and 2nd shift ( M-F 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm) for Assembly/Paint Line Technicians, Monday to Friday. These are full-time positions, and Tri-Arc offers a competitive starting rate along with a generous benefit package, opportunity for career growth, and the ability to join the United Steelworkers Union after a probationary period.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, challenging work and wants to gain high-quality manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.Essential Functions:Assemble products by bolting, clipping, screwing, cementing, and fastening parts togetherTend machines such as nut drivers and riveting machines to perform force-fitting and fastening operationsRepair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling partsSpray-manufactured products with protective coating, powder, and paintOperate spray guns filled with paint, powder, and other liquids to coat productsPerform visual inspections to ensure quality and finish standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work area Alternate between assembly and paint line operations as production needs require Other duties as assignedExperience & Qualifications:6+ months of general labor or manufacturing experienceExperience with hand tools (drills, grinders, etc.) is helpful but not requiredAbility to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, or sit for extended periods of timeMust be capable of working in environments with extreme hot or cold temperaturesAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsBenefits:Competitive Starting Rate ($24.93/hour)PTOMedical, Dental, Vision401K planReferral programFriendly, Collaborative Team EnvironmentPersonal and Professional Growth PotentialGreat work-life balance - NO WEEKENDSTriarc Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees.
