We are a Florida-based litigation firm specializing in insurance defense, serving as primary counsel for a wide range of national and regional insurance carriers. With seven offices across the state, we handle all facets of insurance-related litigation. Our practice spans multiple areas, including general and commercial litigation, product and premises liability, corporate healthcare fraud, labor and employment, and construction law. As we grow our team, we are seeking an Attorney with experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and/or general liability.
