This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in electrical installation who are ready to work in a team environment and mentor others while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesUse and maintain basic hand tools and company-provided toolsIdentify appropriate fasteners and materials for job-specific needsFollow detailed layouts and install branch circuitry and feeder conduitsBend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit (1" to 4") using hand and ratcheting bendersInstall fixtures, devices, and proper terminationsInterpret and follow construction documents and wiring diagramsPlan and execute wire pulls and terminations, including up to 4" conduitUnderstand lighting controls, grounding, and conduit/wire types and applicationsPerform transformer installations and troubleshootingUse wire crimping tools effectivelyMentor apprentices and junior team members, ensuring quality of their workEnsure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC)Minimum Requirements4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experienceHigh school diploma or GEDMust pass a mandatory drug screeningMust provide two professional referencesValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust own basic personal tools of the tradePreferred QualificationsReferral from a current Fountain Services employeeFormal training in an accredited apprenticeship or trade school programOSHA-10 or other relevant electrical certificationsPortfolioWe deliver some of the highest-value and most complex electrical projects in the region.
