We are committed to fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where skilled professionals can thrive and contribute to our continued success.Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair die casting machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal operation- Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to minimize downtime- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective corrective repairs- Assist production teams in minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining production schedules- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation- Support safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environmentSkills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery efficiently- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plusAt Production Castings, we value our employees and are dedicated to providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
