Production Technician I 12-month W2 assignment with potential to extend or convert Pay Rate: $18.03 – $24.81/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Fort Worth, Texas 76104 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing operations within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in medical device or biopharma manufacturing who is familiar with cGMP practices and laboratory equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Perform production activities to support the manufacturing of instruments and/or reagent products in accordance with established GMP procedures • Ensure consistent product quality through adherence to standard operating procedures and documentation practices • Support production and warehouse operations, including material staging and inventory handling • Execute ERP/SAP transactions related to production and materials management • Assist with receiving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the production process • Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and maintain accurate records • Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities • Participate in training for manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within medical device, biopharma, or life sciences • Knowledge of cGMP and/or GLP practices • Experience working with laboratory equipment such as pipettes, scales, fume hoods, and labeling systems (e.g., Zebra printers) • Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and organizational skills • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (preferred) • Basic understanding of laboratory environments, materials, and processes • Experience handling inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials efficiently • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
