RF Test Engineer

Job Title: RF Test EngineerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated RF Test Engineer to join our team. The role involves working collaboratively with team members to maintain, calibrate, and deploy hardware testers, as well as executing environmental test campaigns to produce test reports that demonstrate unit performance. Responsibilities + Maintain, calibrate, and deploy hardware testers. + Execute environmental test campaigns such as HALT, ALT, and HASS. + Ensure testers are calibrated and fit for running tests. + Notify team members of any issues and work towards resolving them. + Coordinate with the Test Execution Lead for conducting all test campaigns. + Provide regular updates on test execution status. + Report any blocking issues and work on mitigations. + Work with RF/Microwave hardware and utilize common RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers and signal generators. + Handle RF components such as couplers, waveguides, and adapters. + Familiarize with common RF measurements for digital communication radios to ensure accurate and valid results. + Ensure test racks are properly calibrated. + Handle space-grade hardware with care. + Generate test reports and share results with team members. Essential Skills + Experience in RF Testing + Proficiency in Python scripting or test stand experience for hardware automation + 5-10 years of experience in test execution for RF Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with RF tuning or test equipment + Troubleshooting skills + Knowledge of test automation software + Experience with vibe, thermal, TVAC, and calibration Work Environment The position is onsite in Redmond, primarily during day hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
