In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal teams, external partners, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification.You'll be successful here if you're self-directed, organized, and comfortable making decisions. This is a role for someone who enjoys accountability, takes pride in execution, and finds satisfaction in navigating challenges to achieve strong outcomes.What You'll Be Responsible ForManage projects end-to-end, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and executionEstablish and track milestones to ensure timely and successful project deliveryAllocate and coordinate resources across multiple concurrent projectsReview design and engineering work to ensure quality, accuracy, and constructabilityCoordinate with third-party vendors and partners as neededMentor and support project engineers, contributing to both project success and team developmentReview and contribute to engineering drawings and technical specificationsSupport procurement of specialized materials and equipmentMaintain organized project documentation, schedules, and filesCommunicate clearly and consistently with leadership and cross-functional teamsImplement company policies, procedures, and project management processesIndependently manage daily priorities while planning for long-term objectivesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a related fieldBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, including:At least 1 year of project or program management experience3+ years of relevant industry experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage relationships with clients, teams, and vendorsComfortable learning new systems, tools, and processesU.S. citizenship requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with 3D design tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCADFamiliarity with Procore or similar project management platformsTechnical or proposal writing experienceExperience working with government contractsBackground in structural steel, industrial fabrication, or complex manufacturing projectsWhat to ExpectOccasional extended or irregular hours, depending on project needsCollaboration across teams with a willingness to step in where neededAdherence to security policies and protection of client and company assetsA professional environment that values accountability, initiative, and resultsWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily office-based with periodic visits to manufacturing facilities or jobsites.
