Manages day-to-day priorities in solving client issues received by the team. Optimizes manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management. **Responsibilities** + Direct connection to the Technicians, Union connection and onboarding + Maintain relationship with Union + SME for Tech Quoting and drive ops selling charge + Training and development schedule, Onsite training + Fleet, Site visits, jobsite QA + Customer engagement + Work with Service Coordinators on daily and extended schedule + PM Plan Review for renewals and new contracts + Daily time entry approval, Weekly payroll and issue resolution + Site / Safety Inspections **Required Qualifications** + Hight School Diploma or GED + 5+ Commercial HVAC system knowledge and Components + 5+ years Management experience dealing with Service Technician and customers. + Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable by Carrier **Pay Range** The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
