In this role you will get to provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry teamProvides technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA's Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination DirectorateDevelop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilitiesJob RequirementsRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 20+ years of relevant experienceActive Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCISystems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedulesExperience with Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis and mitigation developmentDesired QualificationsActive Top Secret/SCI clearanceKnowledge of MDA systems engineering processesSecurity Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in STEM Discipline Other Requirements: Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.We are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
