Associate Attorneys (0-5 years litigation experience)Draft pleadings, discovery, and support trial prepAssist with depositions and court filingsLearn directly from experienced trial lawyers in a high-expectation, growth-focused team Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + bonuses Trial Attorneys (5-10 years litigation + some trial experience)Take depositions, handle hearings, and second-chair trialsOwn litigation strategy and prepare cases for mediation or verdict Base Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + bonuses? Senior Trial Attorneys (10+ first-chair jury trials)Lead high-value, high-complexity litigation from intake to verdictMentor junior attorneys and manage litigation teamsHandle catastrophic injury cases involving spine surgeries, brain injuries, and more Base Salary: $200,000+ (commensurate with trial record) + aggressive bonuses?
