This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in dynamic environments. You will serve as the face of the brand, delivering key messages and building strong impressions in the community.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients' brands at events, retail locations, and public venuesDistribute promotional materials and product samplesEngage with potential customers and provide product/service informationDemonstrate a deep understanding of brand identity and messagingCollect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing teamCollaborate with event teams and coordinators to ensure successful campaign executionMaintain a professional appearance and attitude at all timesQualificationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred1+ year of experience in promotions, customer service, or salesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEnergetic, confident, and approachable personalityAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if neededReliable transportation to travel to promotional sitesAdditional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary ($48,000 - $55,000 per year)Opportunities for career growth and developmentPaid training and promotional materials providedSupportive and team-oriented work environmentEmployee recognition programs and incentives
